    This company is a scam, their warranty isn’t worth the paper they write it on. They want to change hundreds of dollars to fix issue that are suddenly not covered by their warranty. Oh wait it gets better, they will email your spouse and ask them to ask you to remove your negative review! I attached a photo just to show how pathetic this scam of a business is! The reason the have the rating they do is because they remove their negative reviews!

    My cousin works for this company and so I trusted him. Big mistake. I started having bills from Black Hills energy upwards of 120 a month and Impact swore it was black hills screwing me. When I finally asked to have my info reevaluated, I sent over my BH bill to them and never heard from impact again. I've been bothering them for over 6 months. I'm looking into another company

    Can't recommend Impact Energy enough, they really went above and beyond. Nate and his crew always showed up on time, worked extremely diligently, and made sure everything was done right. Every member of the crew was friendly, professional, and knowledgable. Excellent experience overall, definitely check out Impact if you're interested in solar.

    From the beginning of the process to the end, it was a great experience with Impact! Nate is the best. He explained everything clearly & professionally and kept us informed every step of the way. The install went smoothly & we would highly recommend Impact to anyone. The system has already made a huge impact on our electric bill! Call these folks!!!
