Each mark is one company we hold in Idaho whose Google breakdown has been read, placed by its share of one and two star reviews. Inergy is the red one. The amber line is the middle of that set, which includes suppliers and maintenance businesses as well as installers.

  You make a great product but have no capacity to deliver the product. A classic case of selling something that everyone wants but it is not actually in stock. You have inverters that people want but they are not available. People need chargers for your inverters but they are not available. Everyone wants to buy your product but you have nothing to sell. You have an idea but have nothing to deliver. I would recommend people buy Goal Zero instead they actually have their products in stock and available for purchase.

  I bought 2k worth of batteries. Had them stored, I opened it and won't work. I've called and been on hold for over 40 min multiple times. No one ever answers. Left voicemails. Send emails. They are non existent. This company is a fraud. Why not put an answering machine that says we're backed up, or were dead, or put of business. They play this stupid thoughtless game with no regard for the customers. Go see their Facebook page. All horrible reviews with exact same outcome. Stuck with an expensive piece of crap from a crap company. We should all complain. To the bbb. I will after this review.

  I use my Flex for camping & some backup power at home. I really like the modularity (other companies have followed the innovation). Customer service is short staffed but when you get through they are friendly & try to help. They don't answer the phone or return messages. Warranties are useless if there is NO customers service! I wish they would make "attached dust covers" to all the input & output ports, not just the 2 12v outputs. The rubber feet need to be resigned. They are needed for some surfaces but they fall off & get lost.

  Great power unit and I like I can expand it to fit my needs. I just wish it was 2000 or even 2500 watts.

  Solar generator is a must have. You cant go wrong having it for emergencies or keeping essentials powered during a blackout.

  I am using my flex 1500 in a new basic van conversion to power a Dometic cooler. I like the size, the ability to charge it 3 ways, and the duration a single charge lasts when powering the cooler.

• It is also reviewed on the Better Business Bureau and Yelp. Worth reading before you sign anything: those are a different crowd, and the complaints that reach the Better Business Bureau rarely reach Google.
• It posts on YouTube, X, Instagram and Facebook. A page that stopped posting years ago tells you something a listing will not.
