  They are very quick to do an install and to get your money, but when it comes to fixing issues with your system, you can forget about it. It took us three months to get someone out to fix the system last time something went wrong and they didn’t fix it completely, they just walked away. Now, our inverter is not communicating with the system, so our very expensive battery doesn’t come on when we lose power. I have been trying for six weeks now to get somebody out here to fix it after two weeks of them telling me how to do it myself with information that didn’t apply to our system. I would look

  1st Month - Alex and his team were fantastic, I couldn't recommend them enough. The process was streamlined from the beginning to the end. If your house is a good candidate for a solar system, it just makes sense financially, to install one of these systems! One year - Alex lied to us and provided a proposal that does not reflect the true production of our system! Our system only covers about 50% of our electrical needs instead of the 90-95% that was promised. The installation team also put additional holes in our roof and failed to patch them resulting in water damage to a first floor bedroom

  We purchased our solar panels through IGS & they were installed in Feb. 2022. The amount of panels was not adequate to make become energy independent although we contracted for the number of panels they suggested. My husband had additional panels installed this year and we were finally seeing positive results. Then we suddenly stopped producing energy. I originally thought it was a glitch with the app but contacted the company a few days later. The engineers determined that our inverter was bad.   From inquiring, receiving an estimate, installation, connection and final review for the roof installation of solar panels on my home, it was all done professionally and in a timely manner. Shout out to Frank Hartley, my customer service representative, who did a great job visiting the site, preparing and presenting the estimate and reviewing the final product with me. The intallation crew were hard workers, very quiet and cleaned up after themselves. It was all and continues to be a very good experience and I would recommend them for any solar product one is considering.

  Great working with them! Super thorough, efficient, and pretty quick. Big system but so far so good. Frank was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. And Merci was a pleasant, accessible communicator.

  Installed my solar system for my home. Very fast and efficient process. Everything was completed within a month of signing. Very professional team. Super informative and responsive with any questions I had throughout the process! Would recommend to anyone looking into solar.
