  I do not recommend this company at all. To begin with, it seems they respond to online reviews much faster than they respond to customer emails. While I am not a direct customer of Inti Solar Group, I have been directly affected because my husband signed an agreement after being misled by one of their representatives, Cedrick. Cedrick identified himself as an Inti Solar Group employee and used false promises and misleading statements to persuade us to sign. He offered additional work and even told us we would receive a second contract reflecting everything that had been promised. That contract

  We have been deceived in the most vile and childish way. My wife, Gloria Alvarez, and I were offered many things, but only one was fulfilled: they tricked us by saying the battery was included with the system, and to our surprise, it wasn't. They abused our good faith. Now no one is responding to us. I went to the address listed on the website, and it's just a resort. The system was finally activated after six months. Today, we will begin filing complaints and taking all necessary legal action. We feel swindled and our good faith has been violated.

  My experience with INTI Solar has been one of the worst I've ever had with any company. After signing up, I dealt with constant delays, poor communication, and broken promises. I felt completely misled throughout the entire process. To make matters worse, after my water treatment system had already been paid for, they came back and removed it from my home. I could not believe a company would take back equipment that had already been paid for. Trying to get answers was incredibly frustrating. Calls and messages either went unanswered or I was given different explanations every time. Instead of

  Guys make sure to ask for Cedrick - he’s super attentive, he always answers his phone calls even after installation has been completed. He made the process so smooth, fast and very easy for me. He made sure to keep me up to date the whole way through and even after, he came back to make sure I had 100% satisfaction at the end. He always makes sure to listen and understand what I want, and gave me the best deal I could have found out there. The best solar guy out there by far. I highly recommend

  Cedrick did a wonderful job. He made sure to explain to me and my wife exactly how the solar works and he took his time with us. We are two senior citizens and he took the time to explain to us until we understood exactly. He even follows up months after our install has been completed. I’m very satisfied and I 100% recommend this gentleman. Very professional sales agent. Merry Christmas and Happy New Year! Keep up the good job 👍

  Cedrick did a wonderful job. He was the only contractor to explain to me and my wife exactly how solar works. and honestly after he left I felt more educated than sold really because it was a no brainer. Plus, He got me the best deal I found out there. 10 out of 10 👍 definitely recommend …
