    I had a very disappointing experience with Arka Energy, the parent contracting company of KW Hour Energy. The installation work performed at my home resulted in significant issues, including improperly wired components and repeated breaker failures. These problems appeared to stem from a lack of understanding of electrical integration, solar system design, and equipment compatibility. As a result, I experienced over $5,000 in damage to household electronics, as well as damage to my Tesla Powerwall, which ultimately required replacement (approximately $15,000).     A highly recommended local, South Valley business. We just completed the second upgrade to our Enphase-based PV system. This time we upgraded to an IQ Combiner 6C with dual IQ Battery 10Cs for peak time-of-use load shifting and backup. Kurt and Ethan were responsive, showed up on time, did a stellar installation job and dispatched the gremlins quickly. qOur goals have been achieved.

My Enphase gateway had stopped functioning due to a faulty controller board, and Kurt was incredibly helpful, prompt, and professional throughout the entire process.
