All One Solar Shine

Each mark is one company we hold in Campbell whose Google breakdown has been read, placed by its share of one and two star reviews. All One Solar Shine is the red one. The amber line is the middle of that set, which includes suppliers and maintenance businesses as well as installers.

No one showed up for our appointment on 9/8. We received several confirmation texts including the day of, but then no one came to our home or even called to let us know they weren’t coming. We haven’t heard a word since.

We had spikes placed for birds. They did the estimate and assessed the area. They placed spikes that are too big for the birds. Now the birds are under the spikes continuing to do their nest. We contacted them and they ignored our calls and texts. We paid $600 and the problem still exists. Don't waste your money. Now we have a $600 bird nest

All One Solar Shine came to my house on July 15th and cleaned my solar panels. All seemed well initially until the next day when I realized my gutters had been damaged by their ladder. I took photos and made them aware of the damage on July 21st. I did not receive a response from them until August 3rd at which point they advised they would stop by that week to see if they could try and do something to fix them. It is now August 17th. They never showed up and I have not heard from them. I guess I will have to seek recourse on my own. This is not a great way for a local company to do business.

We’ve been working with All One Solar shine for about three years in a row. They clean our Solar every year! And it always looks great, They’re always on time and courteous. We’ve also done other services with them as well. Would highly recommend!!

This is one outstanding company, we had our 40 solar panels cleaned, and we’re terribly impressed by the professionalism, the cost-effectiveness, communication, and scope of work that was accomplished on time on schedule, and to a point where our solar panels are now producing more electricity daily, then prior to our cleaning.

Easy to make an appointment. Great communication and great job!

Topics Google derives from the review text, with how often each appears. A frequent topic is not a good one: “price” turns up in praise and in complaints alike.

Taken from its own website. We have not checked any of it, and a sentence on a website is not evidence.

Its website also mentions warranty, insured and licensed, but not in a sentence we can quote cleanly.

• It is also reviewed on the Better Business Bureau and Yelp. Worth reading before you sign anything: those are a different crowd, and the complaints that reach the Better Business Bureau rarely reach Google.
• It posts on YouTube, LinkedIn, Instagram and Facebook. A page that stopped posting years ago tells you something a listing will not.

Ordered by how much we can tell you about each, which is not an order of quality. We do not know which of these is better and would not say if we did.

• —The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
• —Google publishes no street address for this company, so we cannot say which town it is based in. Campbell is the area its listing was returned for, not an address we hold.
• —We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
• —We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.
