    I am very upset with GAF's service. I have been trying to get the panels connected for a year and two months, but nothing works; they don't respond, they don't have Spanish-speaking agents, and they won't let my husband—who speaks English—speak to them either. I send email after email with no response. I don't know what to do; the service is terrible.

    Quite literally the worst company I have ever seen in my entire life. The 2 star rating isn't a lie. The company is great at emailing you FOR MONEY, but the second you ask questions they go full dumb and forget how to use a keyboard. Ethan Bowman you are terrible at your job. You email me asking for money, but when I reply THREE times asking questions I get no response. Terrible company. I wish I wasn't FORCED to use you guys for my house.

    I’ve had GAF solar shingles for 4 years now and they are working well. I see a lot of negative reviews on here, so I’d like to shed some light on my experience. Planning was a lot of back and forth as I tried to get the most panels on my very complicated roof. There were so many back and forth emails and several times I requested a zoom call (which never happened.) Finally, I got some clear answers as to the limitations of the system and the placement was agreed upon. Installation occurred on time per the schedule. It went just fine.
