Green Leaf Solar & Electric

Each mark is one company we hold in San Jose whose Google breakdown has been read, placed by its share of one and two star reviews. Green Leaf Solar & Electric is the red one. The amber line is the middle of that set, which includes suppliers and maintenance businesses as well as installers.

I worked closely with Rick on a hybrid solar (AC + DC solar) with Sol Ark and a battery system. Rick was very thoughtful and very naturally enthusiastic about the potential for solar and worked with me throughout the process to ensure that the correct team members and resources were allocated to my project. I would be very happy to work with Rick any time in the future and I recommend him highly, especially with regards to more sophisticated applications of solar, battery and inverter technologies.

Rick and Jess at Green Leaf were extremely knowledgeable, timely and a pleasure to work with. If you want the job, big or small, done right the first time Green Leaf is the company to call.

I am so happy my husband insisted on solar. The best $ we ever spent. I wish there was a way to solar my cable bill. 🤣🤣🤣 …

Topics Google derives from the review text, with how often each appears. A frequent topic is not a good one: “price” turns up in praise and in complaints alike.

Taken from its own website. We have not checked any of it, and a sentence on a website is not evidence.

• Family owned

“share your thoughts about our local, family-owned business with others. Your feedback…”

Its website also mentions warranty, but not in a sentence we can quote cleanly.

• It is also reviewed on Yelp. Worth reading before you sign anything: those are a different crowd, and the complaints that reach the Better Business Bureau rarely reach Google.
• It posts on LinkedIn and Facebook. A page that stopped posting years ago tells you something a listing will not.

Google’s own “people also viewed” set, in Google’s order. It is Google’s comparison, not ours.

The ones without a link have no page here, either because Google does not categorise them as solar businesses or because we could not match the name to a listing with confidence.

Ordered by how much we can tell you about each, which is not an order of quality. We do not know which of these is better and would not say if we did.

• —The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
• —We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
• —We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.
