Cinnamon Energy Systems, Inc.

Each mark is one company we hold in the San Jose area whose Google breakdown has been read, placed by its share of one and two star reviews. Cinnamon Energy Systems, Inc. is the red one. The amber line is the middle of that set, which includes suppliers and maintenance businesses as well as installers.

We have had two distinct experiences with them. Before and during install, they were super responsive. Answered all our questions. Installed on time and professionally done. If this was a review then - it would be a glowing 5 stars Here’s when things go south. For context we have solar + batteries + SPAN panel plus a SPAN charger for the car. The entire rationale to do the span system was to use solar to charge the car - just solely on solar. But they never got this part configured. Anytime we reach out to- they either deflect to enphase or span teams. Really disappointed with the after sales

I had someone come out to give me an estimate for a heat pump water heater. He discouraged me from getting one and thought I should just replace mine with the same one I have, a gas tank one. I said then please send me an estimate for both options. I never received the estimate and never heard from anyone again.

We had a very positive experience with Cinnamon Energy Systems for our solar installation and Tesla Powerwall. The team was professional, responsive, and very attentive to our concerns, especially regarding our lightweight stone-coated roof. Paula did an excellent job coordinating the project, and Lucas was especially helpful in following up on my questions about the performance of our solar panels. He provided detailed information from the Tesla monitoring system that gave me great confidence that everything was functioning properly. We truly appreciate the entire team's professionalism, pati

Top-notch experience from start to finish. The sales team was knowledgeable, responsive, and never pushy, and the engineering team did an outstanding job making everything easy to understand and seamless throughout the process. The process can take time, choosing the right vendor/partner and Cinnamon really stuck out as the leader for easy to work with and overall seamless experience. Everyone was professional, transparent, and genuinely cared about getting things done the right way. Highly recommend if you're looking for a solar company that stands behind its work and takes great care of its

Topics Google derives from the review text, with how often each appears. A frequent topic is not a good one: “price” turns up in praise and in complaints alike.

Taken from its own website. We have not checked any of it, and a sentence on a website is not evidence.

• Established

“home installation services since 2001. Years of Experience Installations %…”

• Years in business

“exceeding customer expectations. With over 9 years of unwavering commitment to the solar…”

Its website also mentions free estimate and licence number, but not in a sentence we can quote cleanly.

• It is also reviewed on the Better Business Bureau. Worth reading before you sign anything: those are a different crowd, and the complaints that reach the Better Business Bureau rarely reach Google.
• It posts on LinkedIn, X, Instagram and Facebook. A page that stopped posting years ago tells you something a listing will not.

Google’s own “people also viewed” set, in Google’s order. It is Google’s comparison, not ours.

The ones without a link have no page here, either because Google does not categorise them as solar businesses or because we could not match the name to a listing with confidence.

Ordered by how much we can tell you about each, which is not an order of quality. We do not know which of these is better and would not say if we did.

• —The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
• —We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
• —We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.
