Its one and two star share is 2 points below the typical installer in the San Jose area. Across California, 704 of the 1,529 installers whose breakdown Google has published carry a higher share than this one.

The percentages are Google’s own arithmetic over every review it holds, not a sample we assembled. Separately we hold 345 review texts for this company, quoted below. Google publishes review ages rather than dates, so every date here is approximate.

Each mark is one company we hold in the San Jose area whose Google breakdown has been read, placed by its share of one and two star reviews. Infinium Solar, Roofing and Electric is the red one. One of your company cars were speeding beyond reason over the limit, driving erratically and almost ran both myself and another vehicle off the road. You complained about me not having words to this review well here they are - with what I witnessed, the person driving should’ve been arrested. Absolutely despicable, endangering others lives like that. Do better.

I am a property manager, and I chose Infinium Solar for a newly built ADU solar project. Unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing. If you value your time and want to avoid unnecessary stress managing your own solar installation, I would not recommend using Infinium Solar. The sales process was positive. Marcia from sales was responsive, provided different options quickly, and was easy to work with. We selected Infinium Solar because of their good reviews, our positive experience with Marcia, and pricing approximately 5% lower than other companies we contacted. Unfortunately, af

Initial experience was good in that they were responsive and quickly asked for a lot of details regarding my project, but after those first few days I've gotten thoroughly ignored despite reaching out multiple times. Perhaps my project is not attractive to them, but just ignoring a customer for over 2 months does not seem like a great way to run a business.

A simple removal and reinstall of a solar system took them 5 months and the output of the system dropped 50% after they reinstalled it. They did not even know city requirements to get a permit for the job. Edit: The owner is responsive after you leave a bad review and will work with you to improve the review. They fixed some of the issues but some issues like leaving a pipe uncapped after removing a solar water heater is not fixable at this point.

The company that installed our solar panels went out of business. Infinium did a great job servicing one of our inverters that went bad. Final price was as quoted with no hidden fees. The team followed up with every phase of the installation. Thank you to Tavee, Lou, and Gilbert for the excellent service.

We used Infinium Solar services before to install a 5KwH Solar system in our home, which worked flawlessly for many years. Now -- it was time to upgrade with 2 Franklin home batteries to take us off the grid. Infinium Solar did an AMAZING job designing the layout, getting permits, ensuring everything is installed and setup correctly to make our home fully independent of the grid. Infinum also accommodated take-down and re-install of the solar panels as we were replacing the roof (it added to complexity of the project). Kudos, Jeff, Dai, Ji, Jiel, Jerome and team!! Kirill PS we just installed S

"Choosing Infinium Solar was one of the best decisions I've made for my home. They are transparent, competitive, and truly care about their customers. A massive thank you to Jiel Justo and the rest of the crew for going above and beyond to ensure my system was set up perfectly. Jiel's professionalism and expertise made the whole experience completely worry-free. 5 stars all the way!"

What the company says about itself

Taken from its own website. We have not checked any of it, and a sentence on a website is not evidence.

Its website also mentions warranty, established, insured and licensed, but not in a sentence we can quote cleanly.

    Who Google shows alongside them

Google’s own “people also viewed” set, in Google’s order. It is Google’s comparison, not ours.

The ones without a link have no page here, either because Google does not categorise them as solar businesses or because we could not match the name to a listing with confidence.

    What we don't know

    • The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
    • We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
    • We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.

Something wrong here? Tell us and a person will read it.
