  I wanted to get the solar panels installed before the federal incentives were gone so I did a bit of research and found this company to install the solar panels, Tesla power wall. I went with Clean Solar because I had my entire roof replaced by Clean Roofing (they're somehow related) and they did a pretty good job so what could possibly go wrong? Boy, was it a mistake. The roof was literally replaced so it was brand new and Clean Solar comes and installs the solar panels. They put up a ladder against the house and it ripped apart the gutter as they were getting up onto the roof their tool bag

  The solar product itself and the quality of the installation work are pretty good. Unfortunately, the customer service experience has been consistently poor, and that has overshadowed what could otherwise be a positive experience. We signed with this company in 2020. Even the initial installation was delayed due to their scheduling to start work but forgetting to pull permits. Since then, ongoing service, warranty, repair, and recall support has been extremely difficult to navigate. Communication is a major issue.   After a series of incidents, I've built enough confidence to leave this review. I chose Clean Solar over another well-established local company with 15+ years of experience and paid over $10K more for their promised superior warranty and service. Unfortunately, the outcome has been the opposite. First of all, the quality of the installation is subpar. The most recent issue was that my system failed to detect a power outage and continued charging instead of powering the home. This was the very first outage since installation--just two months later.   Clean Solar installed our system several years ago. I contacted them about cleaning our panels and cleaning leaves and pine needles from under the panels. They performed the work today and did a great job.
