Its one and two star share is 14 points below the typical installer in Campbell. Across California, 788 of the 1,529 installers whose breakdown Google has published carry a higher share than this one.

The percentages are Google’s own arithmetic over every review it holds, not a sample we assembled. Separately we hold 216 review texts for this company, quoted below. Google publishes review ages rather than dates, so every date here is approximate.

Ordered by the share of one and two star reviews, weighted by how many reviews stand behind it. It ranks review records, not workmanship.

Every company we hold in Campbell, on one axis

0% rated 1–2★80%

Each mark is one company we hold in Campbell whose Google breakdown has been read, placed by its share of one and two star reviews. Porter Solar Solutions is the red one. The amber line is the middle of that set, which includes suppliers and maintenance businesses as well as installers.

What reviewers said

  • 5★ · around August 2026

Les Porter was on time, efficient in setting up and picking up his equipment. He did a terrific job of cleaning our 40 solar panels. He is personable, professional and proficient. I highly recommend him and his service. We have agreed to an on-going service every six months.

  • 5★ · around August 2026

Manny was very courteous, professional and knowledgeable. We have 18 panels and it took just over 3/4 hour to clean. Manny also made sure that all debris removed so the panels produce their maximum.

Great job. Solar panels are very clean afterwards.

What the company says about itself

Taken from its own website. We have not checked any of it, and a sentence on a website is not evidence.

  • Insured

“in the Bay Area. Our licensed and insured team is dedicated to providing…”

  • Licensed

“support in the Bay Area. Our licensed and insured team is dedicated to…”

Its website also mentions warranty, but not in a sentence we can quote cleanly.

Elsewhere

  • It is also reviewed on Yelp. Worth reading before you sign anything: those are a different crowd, and the complaints that reach the Better Business Bureau rarely reach Google.

What we don't know

  • The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
  • Google publishes no street address for this company, so we cannot say which town it is based in. Campbell is the area its listing was returned for, not an address we hold.
  • We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
  • We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.
