  Very regrettable experience. We fell for a pitch by a charismatic salesman full of empty promises. The installers started off by not showing up on the scheduled day. We believed our salesman when he said this was a simple mistake and he would make it right. Day of install my husband and I come home to an excavator working in our yard when we never discussed any digging or buried lines. Luckily my husband came home when he did because they were just about to cross over where we already had electric and water buried. The install took 2 days instead of the stated 1. That in itself wasn't a big de

  Poor customer service. The system does not work properly. It shows that you are producing way more energy than Electric Company shows. You end up paying a monthly note for 30 yrs (with interest)as well as still paying your electricity bill. DON’T buy into their BS. They promise that you will have at least 90% production when in actuality you’re only producing around 30%.

  I don't usually write reviews like this, but I think it's important to share my experience without harboring any ill feelings towards Limitless Electric. The sales representative was very helpful in guiding me through the process and explaining everything. However, things became more challenging after that. The initial scheduling of the installation took some time, which wasn’t my biggest issue, but there were multiple follow-up visits—some of which I wasn’t even aware of. My utility company came by several times to inspect the panels, but each time they failed, requiring a technician to come

  Huge shoutout to Thaddeus McGee with Limitless Electric! After a power surge left us dealing with an unexpected electrical issue, he responded quickly, diagnosed the problem, and got everything back up and running. He was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to make sure everything was safe and working properly. What stood out most was his character and genuine desire to help. It’s hard to find that level of customer service and integrity these days. If you’re looking for an electrician you can trust, I highly recommend Limitless Electric.   We got our new batteries installed by Limitless electric Javier and his manager Jaime did a great job.

  We had our system installed in October, for some reason the inspection was not done at the time. When the inspector finally came he found some problems with the initial install. In stepped technician David Garza, he has worked tirelessly to resolve the problems and get us through the inspection. He had to hand dig the entire trench to satisfy the inspector and he worked without complaint and was still pleasant and reassuring that he would get it inspection ready. Thank you David Garza, we appreciate your hard work and look forward to seeing the system in action!
