    I had the worst experience trying to buy a product with this company. This company has/had a guy named Shelton who offered me excellent service the first time I met them. I spoke to him once and decided - I will do business with SignatureSolar based on his performance. I have been trying to place an order since but he vanished and everyone else that I encountered - has delivered nothing short of abysmal service. Clean up your act SignatureSolar. You are supposed to be the best in this space. If this is how you treat people trying to spend money with you - I can just imagine how bad the rest of

    I hope someone actually is reading this, but twice I called this company and I just have such a terrible experience with customer service. I was on the hold for at least 15 minutes to talk to somebody in the design department, and this guy Jason picks up finally and offers no explanation about what products I should purchase from them and how to start with the design of my system. Terrible customer service makes me never want to consider them.

    My experience with Signature Solar's support has been very frustrating. Their own sales rep, Richard Fitzsimmons, contacted me first on July 8th offering to help compare equipment before I purchased. I replied the same day on July 10th with my detailed technical questions — and got no response. When I heard nothing back, I escalated the same questions directly to their technical support department on July 12th — no response there either. As of today, July 21st, after all the emails I've sent, still no one has answered my technical questions. When I finally did get a reply, it was inadequate an

    Products are good, sales customer service is good, tech support is almost nonexistent. Bought from them in February was working with tech support, haven't heard from the since June, it's November now. Problem has never been resolved, had to figure out my own fix with the help of my electrician.

    Very quick communications. Responded with speed and accuracy. Richard was very helpful with our buying process. It was late but continued our conversation until we were satisfied. Cannot comment on product purchased, have not received yet. Will edit my review when product received.
