Its one and two star share is 10 points above the typical installer in Texas. Across Texas, 222 of the 728 installers whose breakdown Google has published carry a higher share than this one.

The percentages are Google’s own arithmetic over every review it holds, not a sample we assembled. Separately we hold 17 review texts for this company, quoted below. Google publishes review ages rather than dates, so every date here is approximate.

This place SUCKS!!! Got here for 8am appointment and finally got in the dock at 12:30 only for them to go to lunch! All the other drivers were treated the same way!

Worst communication ever. Faulty product fans mean my system doesn't work for more than a couple minutes at a time. I have been trying to get some help to repair this since September. They do not respond to emails at all promptly and there is no one answering the phones apparently. Absolutely avoid this company at all costs at this point is all I can say. Would give a zero star rating if I could. I am open to adjusting this rating is anyone at the company will actually get in touch with me and give me a contact number that goes directly to a person that will actually answer their phone.

For 53ft trailers, I recommend this way in the photo, that last turn onto Jackson st you can go through But you haft to ride Houston St through to Jackson, there's a 15000 tandem limit on Jackson heading north of Jackson if you try to ride it up without taking Houston I think there is a sign saying no through trucks, but there's no other way to hit it, also warehouse advised of this way when I figured to head this way I think you can get to it from the north end though, but west to east you gotta go this way

Update SS has really upped the game and relocated their entire operation. Way to go!! Unclear where you go when you come fetch your order. Parking lot is odd. One gate is blocked off and probably shouldn’t be. Or just give some directional signs.

Topics Google derives from the review text, with how often each appears. A frequent topic is not a good one: “price” turns up in praise and in complaints alike.

What the company says about itself

Taken from its own website. We have not checked any of it, and a sentence on a website is not evidence.

Its website also mentions warranty and better business bureau, but not in a sentence we can quote cleanly.

    Elsewhere

    Who Google shows alongside them

Google’s own “people also viewed” set, in Google’s order. It is Google’s comparison, not ours.

The ones without a link have no page here, either because Google does not categorise them as solar businesses or because we could not match the name to a listing with confidence.

Ordered by how much we can tell you about each, which is not an order of quality. We do not know which of these is better and would not say if we did.

    What we don't know

    • The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
    • We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
    • We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.

Something wrong here? Tell us and a person will read it.
