    My solar panels have not worked in six months. I’ve called and called and called and no one has come to fix them. It’s impossible to talk to anybody. Do not deal with this company.

    Just awful. My system has mold and is underperforming and they dont care. I have a PPA so I dont care either but the LPs are getting screwed.Thye are mostly unresponsive. Service is a disgrace. Run!

    I will begin by giving a highly positive review for my Customer Service rep Luis. After several frustrating, interactions with the company based on lack of Customer Service knowledge and or crappy internal systems, Luis rescued us from the jaws of death! It’s true, I was on hold for 20 minutes before he picked up and it did take an hour and a half to get it all done, but the point is, he did it! And he did it with expertise, patience, and kindness. So five stars for Luis, but one great Customer Service rep does not accompany make. You guys have a lot of work to do, particularly in the area of

    I had such a wonderful experience with Marissa at Spruce Power! She was incredibly helpful, attentive, and made sure everything I needed was taken care of. She went above and beyond to make the whole experience easy and pleasant. Marissa has such a cheerful, positive personality, and it was genuinely a pleasure working with her. She was patient, kind, professional, and always willing to help. Amazing customer service from start to finish! Thank you, Marissa, for being so wonderful! I truly appreciate all of your help and highly recommend her! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I had the plaesure to talked to Marissa whoe helpme to get the Marissa was very profetional, knowledgable, helpful and realy undestanding my needs to get thisd doucment.
