    I have had a terrible experience with SolarSME. From the time I signed my contract 4 years ago to now they have done very little right. During the ordering/installation they attempted to upsale me, during delivery I had to go get the panels off the side of the road because their delivery process is terrible. The wrong thing was sent and they tried to make me pay for it. The installation work was shoddy and looked bad - it took them weeks to come back and fix. Since installation i've had a couple of components go bad - they are very very slow to honor their warranty and will argue every step of

    Nothing but harassment, I got 4 calls in a row of hang ups , and constant calling at least twice a week. Must be either a scam or they are very desperate.

    I contacted Solar SME to install a backup battery for my home end of May 2024 after I was hit with hurricane Beryl. It is October 2024 and it is still not installed. Furthermore, I am no longer receiving solar credits from the solar panels they installed and was forced to pay two months of premium electricity during the hottest months in the year, but also paying on my solar panels. I filed with BBB to get reimbursed for the months of electricity I had to pay, ensure that I get reinstated for my solar credits and to cancel my contract for the Powerwall 3.     I got a great deal on Tesla power wall. The whole installation and service was on par. I'd definitely recommend Solar SME

    Omar Farooq was able to assist me in technical support for my unit over the phone. We got disconnected several times and he made sure to call me back and confirm that the solar system was fully operational before closing out my case number. I appreciated his effort and patience during the process and it saved me alot of money. I had to call in 3 different times and was not followed up with by other representatives before I got connected with him which is the reason for 4 stars and not 5.

    Our original battery installation had wall connections issues. Solar SME project coordinator Rayan Shuja promptly and professionally managed the repair in a timely manner.
