Its one and two star share is level with the typical installer in Texas. Across Texas, 358 of the 728 installers whose breakdown Google has published carry a higher share than this one.

The percentages are Google’s own arithmetic over every review it holds, not a sample we assembled. Separately we hold 28 review texts for this company, quoted below. Google publishes review ages rather than dates, so every date here is approximate.

I ordered a full system from Signature Solar and it was delivered by ABF Freight. No problems, system went in great, all working. Then after 2 weeks I ordered an additional battery for my system, this is when the nightmare starts. They took payment, processed and shipped the battery on Fed Ex Freight. Several days after it is shipped, I get a text from Fed Ex Freight asking me to schedule and appointment, and had to choose from different dates and a two hour delivery window. I picked 9/3/24 between 9am and 11am. Get the confirmations from Fed Ex and take off work that day to accept delivery. T

Hello, Timothy has been very responsive and very helpful. Unfortunately, the problem is out of his control. I purchased an EG4 6500ex 48v inverter from signature solar and after about two months the inverter does not work because of error code F90. I discovered that the error has to do with invalid firmware license keys or outdated firmware, still not clear to me. The only way to resolve the issue is to update the firmware which requires a cable that only Signature solar can provide. That cable is out of stock and there is no date provided of when I should receive the cable. My solar system is

I was in need of adding another battery to my system. Went in and told them what I was wanting, they had in stock, paid for it, they had it delivered to my car and I was on the way home in under 15 minutes. You can't get better service. I have sat at drive through for a hamburger that took longer.

What the company says about itself

Taken from its own website. We have not checked any of it, and a sentence on a website is not evidence.

  • Insured

“installed by licensed, trained, and insured solar electrical installation…”
  • Licensed

“all products be installed by licensed, trained, and insured solar…”

Its website also mentions financing and warranty, but not in a sentence we can quote cleanly.

Elsewhere

  • Google also lists this company under roofing. A company that does both roofing and solar can handle the roof work a panel install often needs.
  • It posts on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and YouTube. A page that stopped posting years ago tells you something a listing will not.

What we don't know

  • The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
  • We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
  • We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.

Something wrong here? Tell us and a person will read it.
