Its one and two star share is level with the typical installer in the San Marcos area. Across Texas, 351 of the 728 installers whose breakdown Google has published carry a higher share than this one.

The percentages are Google’s own arithmetic over every review it holds, not a sample we assembled. Separately we hold 21 review texts for this company, quoted below. Google publishes review ages rather than dates, so every date here is approximate.

Each mark is one company we hold in the San Marcos area whose Google breakdown has been read, placed by its share of one and two star reviews. Limitless Energy Pros is the red one. The amber line is the middle of that set, which includes suppliers and maintenance businesses as well as installers.

Not a very good experience with them. One of their employees promises things and doesn't deliver. Here in El Paso, TX, I tried to contact him, but he's not answering anymore. I'm just confirming that their staff doesn't deliver. Marco Padilla is the person who made my contract. He contacted me, but he hasn't fulfilled his promises, and again, he's not answering me. Terrible customer service. Don't bother contacting me anymore. Thanks.

My experience with Aaron Quesada has been an excellent one. When I bought my home, solar energy was on the list for future projects. I am glad Aaron had stopped by when he did. He answered all my questions and was able to address the concerns that I had.

Aaron was the one who contacted me and convinced me to go solar. He was honest and upfront about every detail about everything. He always answered and continues to answer any questions I may have at any time. His response time is very reasonable. The whole experience has been extremely positive and I would recommend anyone interested in investing in solar panels to work with Limitless and specifically Aaron. For example, I had mentioned that pigeons nesting inside the panels would be a concern and he was willing to install a pigeons deterrent free of charge!l for me!

Topics Google derives from the review text, with how often each appears. A frequent topic is not a good one: “price” turns up in praise and in complaints alike.

Elsewhere

  • It is also reviewed on the Better Business Bureau and Yelp. Worth reading before you sign anything: those are a different crowd, and the complaints that reach the Better Business Bureau rarely reach Google.

Who Google shows alongside them

Google’s own “people also viewed” set, in Google’s order. It is Google’s comparison, not ours.

The ones without a link have no page here, either because Google does not categorise them as solar businesses or because we could not match the name to a listing with confidence.

Ordered by how much we can tell you about each, which is not an order of quality. We do not know which of these is better and would not say if we did.

What we don't know

  • The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
  • We found nothing on a website for this company that states a warranty, a licence or how long it has traded.
  • We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
  • We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.
