What reviewers said

  • 2★ · around August 2021

Don't know what happened. Reliable service at first but then impossible to contact after months of multiple attempts. Left a project that was paid for unfinished and never followed up about other jobs we had discussed.

I cannot begin to say enough good things about Michael. As a first time homeowner, I was so overwhelmed and don’t have a knowledge of fixing anything electrical. Michael answered right away, was on the phone with me for almost an hour and a half helping me fix my electrical. He wanted to do it remotely, but he had to come and fix a few things manually. He was there same day within 1.5 hours (I live far away from him). He not only fixed my electrical but he educated me. Michael is the only electrician I will call moving forward. He will take the upmost care of you!

Michael is now the only electrician I will call. Not only did he save me hundreds off my Uncle's quote he even gave me a ride to my warehouse where the work was being done! He knew his stuff and provided incredible service with a great attitude. I can't say enough good things. Highest of Recommendations. Thank you Michael!

MAD services is an awesome company! Mike is always great to deal with and he is our "go to" guy whenever we have any issues in our house. His pricing is far more than fair. You can not go wrong with MAD Services! Highly recommended.

Ordered by how much we can tell you about each, which is not an order of quality. We do not know which of these is better and would not say if we did.

What we don't know

  • The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
  • We found nothing on a website for this company that states a warranty, a licence or how long it has traded.
  • Google publishes no street address for this company, so we cannot say which town it is based in. Plattsburgh is the area its listing was returned for, not an address we hold.
  • We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
  • We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.
