  I currently have a ground mounted solar system installed at my home. From the beginning my current system was undersized. This was due to my initial solar installer operating a shady solar installation business. I must honestly admit that my experience with the whole solar power trend hasn’t been a pleasant one.   Won’t call back for a warranty issue. Roof is leaking, the solar panel mount failed.

  Will not respond to my phone calls and email regarding a warranty repair. My roof leaked from the solar panel install and did lots of damage. They won’t even call me back.

  I have had almost 5 years experience with this Company installing and maintaining solar panels on my two residential properties in Spring Hill Florida. The solar panels on one property have had zero problems or issues, and the other property has had occassional minor issues like a bad panel(s) or micro-invertor. This Company has been prompt answering calls or emails, and has corrected or replaced defective parts or panels promptly. They provide excellent service, they are professional, timely and courteous. I give them my highest recommendation.

  This is an update on our Solar installation with Solar battery backup. We had May Electric install 11.5KW total of Enphase Solar (25 panels) with 20KW Battery Backup (4 batteries). All Enphase which includes the monitoring, mobile app and any notifications when things change. We did not lease we purchased the system outright which makes our return on investment about 6 years. Here we are 6 months later loving the system and support from May Electric has been awesome. They answer all of my questions, always get back to me right away and can speak regularly with Billy May himself or anyone else

  Right about 1 year ago I was referred to May Electric and Solar by both neighbors beside me. I spoke with a handful of companies and even considered doing the job myself to save a lot of money and I did a LOT of research. Then I spoke with Neil, then Billy. Both were spectacular. I was going to go into a bunch of detail about how, they are different from a bunch if other companies in demeanor, honesty, patience, been around for a long time, gave fair and easy to understand pricing. The list goes on. Suffice it to say I'm a year in, I believe every promise made by them has been kept so far with
