Its one and two star share is 1 point below the typical installer in Florida. Across Florida, 359 of the 675 installers whose breakdown Google has published carry a higher share than this one.

The percentages are Google’s own arithmetic over every review it holds, not a sample we assembled. Separately we hold 29 review texts for this company, quoted below. Google publishes review ages rather than dates, so every date here is approximate.

We had someone come out and look at our solar panels to our pool heater. They were not installed by nature coast solar. They were on the house already when we bought it. We were charged 100.00 for an estimate which should not have been a charge. Who doesn't do a free estimate. We spent 100.00 just to be told it can't be fixed which i find odd. Everything can be fixed. The guy didn't even explain why it wasn't fixable. Just told us we need an electric heater installed that would cost us 7,100

The crew from Nature Coast Solar arrived on time and were very professional. Installation and system check out were outstanding. I recommend this company for solar pool heating system installation.

Topics Google derives from the review text, with how often each appears. A frequent topic is not a good one: “price” turns up in praise and in complaints alike.

What the company says about itself

Taken from its own website. We have not checked any of it, and a sentence on a website is not evidence.

  • Warranty

“ 25-Year Product & Labor Warranty We stand behind our solar power…”

  • Free estimate

    “& renewable solar power! Get my free quote!      "Add a short 2-line…”

  • Years in business

“these collectors are made to last more than 20 years and come with a full 12-year…”

Elsewhere

  • It is also reviewed on ConsumerAffairs. Worth reading before you sign anything: those are a different crowd, and the complaints that reach the Better Business Bureau rarely reach Google.
  • It posts on Facebook. A page that stopped posting years ago tells you something a listing will not.

Ordered by how much we can tell you about each, which is not an order of quality. We do not know which of these is better and would not say if we did.

What we don't know

  • The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
  • We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
  • We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.
