Its one and two star share is 1 point below the typical installer in West Virginia. Across West Virginia, 5 of the 10 installers whose breakdown Google has published carry a higher share than this one.

The percentages are Google’s own arithmetic over every review it holds, not a sample we assembled. Separately we hold 12 review texts for this company, quoted below. Google publishes review ages rather than dates, so every date here is approximate.

Each mark is one company we hold in West Virginia whose Google breakdown has been read, placed by its share of one and two star reviews. Milestone Solar Consultants LLC is the red one. The amber line is the middle of that set, which includes suppliers and maintenance businesses as well as installers.

Will update ASAP. The company is responsive as we are currently having issues with roof/water damage from the installation. Otherwise fantastic product. Best on the market. The owner has extreme technical knowledge on the panels and engineering. Overall smooth install and minor leaking that they are quick to repair. Thank you so much!

Ar first I wasn't sure a solar system would be feasible for my house, but Milestone showed me how it could work. And they were right. We now have a functioning 5.88 kW rooftop system. The company was there for every step of the process including permits. The installation went well and the staff was -- and still is -- very responsive. I would highly recommend this company.

The Owners and staff are simply really good people. The focus remains on what is best for the customer, throughout the entire process. This is the place for top quality installation.

The ones without a link have no page here, either because Google does not categorise them as solar businesses or because we could not match the name to a listing with confidence.

Ordered by how much we can tell you about each, which is not an order of quality. We do not know which of these is better and would not say if we did.

What we don't know

  • The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
  • We found nothing on a website for this company that states a warranty, a licence or how long it has traded.
  • We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
  • We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.
