Mississippi Solar, LLC

Each mark is one company we hold in Mississippi whose Google breakdown has been read, placed by its share of one and two star reviews. Mississippi Solar, LLC is the red one. The amber line is the middle of that set, which includes suppliers and maintenance businesses as well as installers.

I would not recommend doing business with these guys. Once they install product they over charge for any assistance. Beware. I called on Mon.to ask for assistance and was told no one could come until Wed. Would that be ok. Isaid th e unit had not been connected to the wi fi since the technician worked on it on Jan 27 so I could wait a few more days. I was not given a option to wait for a technician to be in my area..and I was told the charge would be 85 dollars..but you doubled that when I got the bill. A tra elong bill and service charge for "maintenance "..and when you were giving the sales

Generator failed to start during storm. Battery is 9 months old and dead. I replaced battery with 2 batteries off my diesel pickup waiting for warranty work. Killed both by batteries on truck within 2 days. Now MS Solar is trying to charge me for an LTE device since the WiFi hasn’t worked correctly since install so they can monitor remotely. Will be swapping dealers asap. We own and manage over 350 homes this will be the last one MS Solar touches. Phillip the salesman was great to work with. He’s the only star in the company.

John was very knowledgeable and worked hard trying to get the generator Wi-Fi working but was unable at this time. But in his defense I worked on it and had other people try to fix it. But other then the Wi-Fi issue John was very professional and completed the maintenance and testing of the generator. I was very happy with the service. Thank you

Great communication , excellent service. Was able to explain everything so I could understand it! Definitely the best choice for whole house generator!

Topics Google derives from the review text, with how often each appears. A frequent topic is not a good one: “price” turns up in praise and in complaints alike.

Taken from its own website. We have not checked any of it, and a sentence on a website is not evidence.

• Financing

“home or business. We will explain financing options and any available incentives or tax…”

• Warranty

Its website also mentions free estimate, but not in a sentence we can quote cleanly.

• It is also reviewed on the Better Business Bureau and Yelp. Worth reading before you sign anything: those are a different crowd, and the complaints that reach the Better Business Bureau rarely reach Google.
• It posts on Facebook. A page that stopped posting years ago tells you something a listing will not.

Google’s own “people also viewed” set, in Google’s order. It is Google’s comparison, not ours.

The ones without a link have no page here, either because Google does not categorise them as solar businesses or because we could not match the name to a listing with confidence.

Ordered by how much we can tell you about each, which is not an order of quality. We do not know which of these is better and would not say if we did.

• —The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
• —We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
• —We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.
