Panels Up Solar, LLC

Each mark is one company we hold in Mississippi whose Google breakdown has been read, placed by its share of one and two star reviews. Panels Up Solar, LLC is the red one. The amber line is the middle of that set, which includes suppliers and maintenance businesses as well as installers.

Sales team is very unprofessional, when reaching out instead of receiving a helpful or neutral reply the tone of the response was rude and confrontational, I was treated very poorly. When potential customers reach out with questions, they should be treated with basic courtesy and professionalism. The interaction left a very poor impression of their customer service and sales team, Based on this experience I would hesitate to to recommend them to anyone. Do not work with them if you expect polite and decent customer service.

GREAT company, highly recommend! Last year I went to 4 different RV solar "experts" in Colorado, Utah and Montana and no one could get my solar system to work. In two hours Panels Up Solar had it working great. So much that I went back and had them add two more panels. Amazing team with service and knowledge.

I did a lot of research and spoke with at least 5 shops before talking to Justin. I knew he was the right person to do our lithium battery upgrade and drove 2 hours to have him do so. Excellent work and communication. Highly recommend.

Justin and Stacy were delightful to work with. I highly recommend using them to upgrade the power on your RV. They upgraded my lead acid batteries with a lithium battery. I plan to go back and add an inverter at some point. I am part time living my dream of Vanlife. They lived full time in an RV for six years so they understand the needs and can provide solutions for all your power needs whether in a van or large RV. I also found them to be honest and very willing to share their experiences and answer any questions I had. Again, I highly recommend!

Topics Google derives from the review text, with how often each appears. A frequent topic is not a good one: “price” turns up in praise and in complaints alike.

Google’s own “people also viewed” set, in Google’s order. It is Google’s comparison, not ours.

The ones without a link have no page here, either because Google does not categorise them as solar businesses or because we could not match the name to a listing with confidence.

Ordered by how much we can tell you about each, which is not an order of quality. We do not know which of these is better and would not say if we did.

• —The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
• —We found nothing on a website for this company that states a warranty, a licence or how long it has traded.
• —We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
• —We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.
