My Roof Solar

Each mark is one company we hold in Oklahoma whose Google breakdown has been read, placed by its share of one and two star reviews. My Roof Solar is the red one. The amber line is the middle of that set, which includes suppliers and maintenance businesses as well as installers.

  They installed my Solar almost 3 months ago. And immediately one of the panels were broken, so I called the company that supplied them and got a Replacement panel within a week, but I have been calling and leaving Voicemails to this company for over two months now to try and get this panel installed. Once I paid them their money for the install it’s impossible to get a hold of them. The email on their website doesn’t even work.

  I give them Zero stars. Horrible customer service and no follow up. From the beginning it has been a disaster. They left my inverter on the side of the garage. It took 4-5 months before they finally installed. Turns out it was a bad inverter and it had to be replaced. Could never get hold of anyone. Every one kept sending me to different departments. Fast forward 2 years system worked ok then Nothing! Inverter is not working again. Currently trying to get hold of someone at My Roof Solar. I will most likely call another company to have it repaired. If you are going through a 3rd party find out

  We've had an issue with our solar since January 14th. Have called every week, can't get ahold of anybody. Seems like they're great until you need to actually talk to them. Would appreciate a call back and a service.

  I want to give 5 Stars because I really like this Company but I’m not sure how to feel since my Sales guy Stephen and his Gf told me as I originally signed up and did a 3 Day Cancellation because right after we signed he was in touch for any questions than all of a sudden he ignored us than blocked our numbers so we put the cancel in and surprise Stephen pops up saying he was sorry and would come by with a better offer in order for us to push the deal through. So he shows up and said it “works out better for you now”. I’m going to give you “a Thousand dollars and take you and your Wife to Dinn

  I’m an independent solar rep in Oklahoma. My team uses MyRoof Solar for all of our installs. I’ve never had an issue. They know what they’re doing and actually know how to get the system through inspections quickly and operational, usually within a month. I’ve been pleased and so have my customers.

  My experience with MyRoof Solar in Oklahoma was great. After several months of high energy bills, I finally made the decision to jump over to solar power. Not only have they shown their interest to giving their clients nothing but the best service, but they will go above and beyond to make it happen.
