The percentages are Google’s own arithmetic over every review it holds, not a sample we assembled. Separately we hold 34 review texts for this company, quoted below. Google publishes review ages rather than dates, so every date here is approximate.

North Valley installed solar at my house, Jake said we would get a refund from PGE for the Tesla battery but after 10 mths of excuses he stopped returning calls and email. AVOID THESE GUYS they will rip you off !!!!!

Man, getting solar installed felt like a huge gamble at first, but I am so glad we finally pulled the trigger. Living out here in the Texas heat means our AC runs non-stop, and our bills were getting out of hand. The crew was super friendly, quick, and cleaned up everything before leaving. Seeing that meter spin backward for the first time was honestly the best feeling ever. Total game changer for us.

I’ve been putting off going solar for years because I was worried about the cost and the mess. Finally decided to just go for it, and I’m so glad I did. The team made the whole install process super simple and were really patient with all my questions. It feels so good to see that meter spinning backwards now. Honestly, I have no regrets choosing them. If you’re tired of high electric bills, definitely give these guys a call. Highly recommend!

The team at North Valley Solar Power is fantastic. The installation process felt straightforward and transparent from start to finish. Watching the crew work with such care and precision around the home impressed us. Energy bills are lower now, and watching that meter turn backward brings such a sense of accomplishment. Choosing this local company proved to be a great decision for the house. Anyone considering solar should reach out to them.

Topics Google derives from the review text, with how often each appears. A frequent topic is not a good one: “price” turns up in praise and in complaints alike.

Elsewhere

  • It is also reviewed on Yelp. Worth reading before you sign anything: those are a different crowd, and the complaints that reach the Better Business Bureau rarely reach Google.

Ordered by how much we can tell you about each, which is not an order of quality. We do not know which of these is better and would not say if we did.

What we don't know

  • The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
  • We found nothing on a website for this company that states a warranty, a licence or how long it has traded.
  • We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
  • We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.
