  Truck 5516 and a few others decided to come by and not let anyone know that they would be turning the electric off without ANY PRIOR NOTICE and when I got home I couldn’t get into my house because my garage wouldn’t open and I do not carry house keys as we do not use the door only the garage. My elderly dog wasn’t able to be let out because we couldn’t get into the house and she made an absolute mess. Their response “we tried to knock” no note nothing do you not realize other people have jobs? My children and I now have to sit outside in the 93 degree weather because you couldn’t do your job c

  This company was being used by my neighbor. I was in the middle of cooking a meal for my family and the power shuts off to the whole house. I go outside and the guy tells me it'll he about 30 minutes until I have power again. Is this company going to pay for my food?? If they would've at least warned me I would not have even started to cook, but they said nothing. Now I have wasted food and no power in my home.
