  So, it's time for me to make an addendum here. 3 years later.. When the workers left I was given a name and phone # for any problem. I called him last year 2025 and he politely told me he's no longer employed by them. He could not help me. So then I called United Solar probably 10 times. Left messages almost every time. I still have not gotten a call back! Now I'm having a huge problem. I have no one to contact. Am I supposed to just shut down my entire $30000 system or let my house burn down?

  Signed the contract 10/18/24 almost 2 years later it is still not up and running. Owner Mark just gives lip service. Turning it over to legal.

  Unprofessional and Inexperienced Team – Would Not Recommend I had high hopes when I decided to go solar, but this company turned the experience into a frustrating and disappointing process. The biggest issue? They clearly hire people with little to no experience in the field. From the start, it was obvious the staff lacked proper training. The installers didn’t seem to fully understand the equipment, made multiple mistakes during the setup, and had to come back several times to fix what should have been done right the first time.   Could not be better. I have a basis for comparison. I had 1 side of my roof paneled by POWER, another by UNITED SOLAR LLC. UNITED SOLAR was able to install the system in one day (up and running the next) and were able diagnose a problem with the POWER system which has not worked properly since installed and activated 2 months ago. UNITED SOLAR was able to work with a Bluetti battery back up system without a hitch. UNITED SOLAR educated me so I could monitor my system with confidence. Responsive and easy to communicate with. The price was better than expected. Thanks Mark and Aquilino!

  The United Solar team truly impressed me, beginning with Mark Landgrebe, the owner, and Aquilino Morales, who served as the on-site administrator. These two individuals excelled in their communication and dedication. They ensured that all my questions and concerns were promptly addressed. Aquilino and his team went the extra mile to treat my property as if it were their own. The project was executed efficiently and with a high level of professionalism. I wholeheartedly plan to recommend Mark and United Solar to my friends and family.

  Our church and childcare center had an absolutely wonderful experience with United Solar. The whole process was clear and simple. They weren't pushy or "salesy," which was much appreciated. Everything moved in a timely fashion and we are now set up with a fine working solar panel system.
