Its one and two star share is 4 points above the typical installer in the Arlington area. Across Texas, 304 of the 728 installers whose breakdown Google has published carry a higher share than this one.

The percentages are Google’s own arithmetic over every review it holds, not a sample we assembled. Separately we hold 30 review texts for this company, quoted below. Google publishes review ages rather than dates, so every date here is approximate.

Each mark is one company we hold in the Arlington area whose Google breakdown has been read, placed by its share of one and two star reviews. Our World Energy, LLC is the red one. The amber line is the middle of that set, which includes suppliers and maintenance businesses as well as installers.

This company and the roofing company they hire are absolutely embarrassing. They installed panels, didnt install them correctly and rain water got through ate through the ceiling and created a leak. Took them about a month to finally come do something after multiple storms. When the time came to fix the roofing company was going back and forth because it seems there is no communication between the two. Overall bad experience I highly advise to not have anything installed by them or the people they work with awful experience even till this day.

They finally got the job dun but they left trash laying all around, a knife in my drive way with the blade out quite a few screws and mounting brackets laying around. They didn't put the screws back in the panel box and left all the panel box punch out laying around.

Nikki is truly exceptiona. She brought warmth, professionalism, and genuine care to everything she did. Her positive attitude, reliability, and attention to detail made her a pleasure to work with. I can not recommend her highly enough. Nikki is truly exceptiona. Its website also mentions free estimate, but not in a sentence we can quote cleanly.

The ones without a link have no page here, either because Google does not categorise them as solar businesses or because we could not match the name to a listing with confidence.

What we don't know

  • The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
  • We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
  • We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.
