    When I signed up I asked for more panels. They declined and said they could add more panels later if they were wrong. Here we are 2 years later and I am paying the electric company for a lot of additional electricity. I have never …

    We are over 5 months since the install. Still not up and running. MANY incorrect issues that cause techs to return to the house and fix things. Has been about 6+ times that techs don’t show up on their day scheduled. Causing issues working from home or lost revenue. I WISH we NEVER chose this company!

    It is amazing how small this world actually is. I have a complaint about your guys' installation procedures for my house's solar system, and I've come to find out that you are the same people who scammed me out of my paycheck. First things first. My solar system was failing, so I had to contact you as the installers. Palmetto Solar is the financing company, but your appointed installer didn't wire my fuse box correctly. This caused the breaker to shut off the system every other day and created a fire threat to my house (I will be looking into legalities regarding this). Consequently, I incurre

    To be transparent, I cannot think of another company I have worked with that was as consistent, caring, and great at follow through, on top of a receiving a fantastic product than Our World Energy! It started with Matt, checking in on my interest for solar work. Followed by connecting with Clay for an extensive introduction to the entire process of getting solar added to my house. Clay was very patient, laid back and stuck with me for close to 2 hours, as I pestered him with questions. I had to ask for the math to be explained a couple+ times! I also got his cell phone for anything needing fol

    Nikki, my Project Coordinator, was excellent at communicating updates about my project as it progressed and was very patient and understanding when I had questions. I always knew what the next step was. I also appreciate that they made sure to accommodate my schedule when booking service times. Overall I would highly recommend Nikki as they were very helpful and considerate.
