    Their door to door salesman banged on my door really hard 10 times scaring my wife and kid. We have a sign that says “no solicitation, dont knock” I ask what he was doing there and if he was soliciting and he lied to me and said no. Then continued to go on about whygen solar and my energy bill going up. Bold face lie and ignored my sign then didnt get the message. This is unacceptable and unprofessional

    Edit: WhyGen owner and local manager have been very professional and courteous in resolving the bad sales rep experience. WhyGen Solar sales representatives are aggressive - do not let them in your home. I had a sales rep appointment yesterday (16 Dec). I said "no" 5 times that I would not be signing anything that day. When I asked him multiple times to leave, he would not. I will not tolerate being bullied and disrespected in my home. Do not let this company in your house.

    Our interactions with Aidan and Alexandra have been nothing but excellent. They both are extremely professional, personable, and non-high pressure. Both Aidan and Alexandra explained everything clearly, answered all our questions and remained in contact with us throughout the process. We would definitely recommend WhyGen Solar, Aidan, Alexandra and their team if you plan on adding solar to your home.

    Agustin helped us go solar and he made the process very smooth, he replied every time we had a question in regards to installation and was very responsible and knowledgeable. I really recommend Whygen if you’re looking to go solar, very happy with our decision.
