Each mark is one company we hold in Colorado Springs whose Google breakdown has been read, placed by its share of one and two star reviews. SunPower® is the red one. The amber line is the middle of that set, which includes suppliers and maintenance businesses as well as installers.

  Do not go with this company. My Review was originally a 5 star, but after dealing with issues since my array was installed, it's been a nightmare, making it a 1 star. My original review was "Blue Raven Solar has been such a pleasure to do business with. They break everything down, communicate timely, and also are always available whenever I have questions.". The single technician who has been sent each time has been stellar, but the company as a whole has gone down the hill. Since SunPower purchased them however, this is very different. I've had equipment issues between inverters and a panel.

  Awful situation overall, zero stars if I could. I had a neighbor who recommended Blue Raven Solar, who had a good installation, but my experience was not like theirs. Started the process in August of 2025 and was assured that the installation would happen by the end of December to be able to qualify for the federal tax credit. After SO many problems with permitting (the company consistently making mistakes) and their lack of communication, we canceled the project. Spoke to our former salesperson who confirmed that once Sun Power bought out Blue Raven, all forward progress on our project stoppe

  I have had an extremely disappointing and ongoing experience with Blue Raven Solar, and I regret choosing them for our solar installation. Although the salesperson was personable, we were told we would “never have an electricity bill again.” That claim has proven to be completely inaccurate and set unrealistic expectations from the start. We signed our paperwork in February 2025, yet installation was not completed until September 2025, an eight-month delay. Communication throughout that time was slow and inconsistent.   ***EDIT: as of right now 11/21/2022 we are still not up and running. I have had to make several calls regarding the process after the installation. I have been told many times diffrent dates and when that day comes and goes I have to call in again to see what is going on. I was told that my system would be ready to turn on no later then 11/2/2022 and here we are at the end of this month and still being told it will be another week, especially now with the holiday.   I previously posted a poor review of SunPower; however, I am revising my review based upon their exceptional follow-up on my case/project. SunPower sent a team to my home to diagnose and resolve my specific complaint. At this time, there are no pending issues and I have been made whole.
