  Although their solar design won the bid and the sales team made big promises, getting my system installed and operating anywhere near its expected capacity was a nightmare. The company clearly couldn’t handle the volume of business they sold, and the installation dragged on far too long. They also bait-and-switched me on costs, attempting to charge me thousands of dollars to backfill their own trench. And when they finally claimed the system was complete, the output was terrible.   The Good: panels work as expected now, love seeing the production in the app. The Bad: service. Hit a couple of approval and scheduling hiccups before install. Not too bad but not smooth. Install seemed to go well except after install, I have no consumption data on the house. Technicians had to come back out for a missed roof inspection anyway (another curious point) so they turned it on while out here for that.   I went through a third party solar consultant who uses Photon Brothers for installation. I waited almost a year to write a review about my experience hoping it would get better, but it hasn't. I don't understand how a company can take up to 72 hours to respond to an email. That's where my frustration begins...the lack of simple customer service. To start from the beginning, my solar project was supposed to have been finished by the end of 2022. The packet that was submitted to CSU in September of 2022, but kept getting sent back which kept pushing the install start date back. During this whole

  Joshua and Andrew installed my powerwall today, everything went well they were both informative answered all my questions, had my power disconnected for about 4 hours to work job safely, explained the whole system to me, program powerwall to work with the app and did a professional job on install cleaned up job site

  If the rest of American Workers worked as well as the two that installed my Tesla Wall 3 America would be at peace with each other. The best team I have seen since I retired from the US Army in 1996.
