    UPDATE: We did the email communication, just for them to say the same thing we received 3 months prior. August 13th we still have not received any of the checks for about 6 months now. Super disappointing. We were receiving our monthly payments of the 18 months that we were promised and then it just stopped. We haven’t received a check since March of this year and we were supposed to get one every month for the payment for 18 months. Super frustrating.

    We had our solar panels installed by Blue Rave/Sun Power in May 2018 and invested approximately $27,000 in our system. Unfortunately, our experience with the company after installation has become increasingly disappointing. Recently, while having someone come out to clean out gutters, we discovered a significant amount of pigeon droppings and even a pigeon nest underneath our solar panels. We were told this was occurring because there were no critter guards installed around the panels. Since we do not go onto our roof ourselves, we had no idea this problem had been developing.     I just received the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced from your call center. Manager, Chris told me that I would receive an update by 2 pm today. I didn’t receive that update and had to call. There was no progress on all 3 of the action items we discussed, and when I tried to escalate the issue, Chris disconnected the call. Upon calling back and being told Chris would call me back directly, I received no call again from Chris. When I called back, i spoke with Billy. Billy was condescending, flippant and dismissive. I was made to wait for an hour and 20 minutes for a manager that nev

    Update: The snow melt off the solar panels have damaged our gutters and Blue Raven does NOT install snow guards. After calling Blue Raven four times I learned that we could get them installed by another company but we need permission or your warranty is no good. I found a couple solar places that install snow guards but they don't feel comfortable providing their insurance information (which Blue Raven requires). Though the solar is great, I can't find anyone to help me resolve the gutter issue. So frustrating!!!!! _________ Phase 2, the installation process went well. The installers were nice

    I would have given a 5 except your end game leaves a lot to be desired. Meaning once the panels are installed and ready to go there isn’t any follow up. All I got was an email with instructions to activate and how to pay. Asked if I have any questions about activation I just got a photo number to call. More importantly I pointed out the drywall in my garage still needed patching. I got a phone number to call for general support. Called. Must be an overseas boiler room. Could not understand the support guy because of all the background noise and accent. He could not find a work order number. Wa

    Blue Raven sales and install process is knowledge, quick and seamless. I highly recommend them!!
