  I deeply regret choosing Apex. Unfortunately, I ended up paying much more in loans than any electricity bill, which seemed to only benefit the company rather than providing any real value to me a homeowner. I would not recommend their services.

  My rep TJ Warner is what made my experience great. He made sure everything was how I wanted it. I had a few hitches with suntalk but they made them right. If you do solar go to TJ at Apex. Request him specifically ... I mean that. Making me a happy customer is rough. He did that. Come to find out after using Apex who uses Suntalk if anything ever happens on this thing they charge you 350 dollars just to show up then 100 dollars labor on top of that per hour. The stupid solar was like 30k dollars and they put a lien on my house.... God I hate apex and suntalk

  Their sales people are incredibly persistent. They will not stop coming by. The good reviews are because they give you a discount for doing a review. They also say they are affiliated with Xcel and they are not.

  Overall, it was a good experience from getting the presentation to the installation of panels. All our questions were answered during that process.

  Jordan and the Apex team made the solar process very easy for us. Without them it would have been very time consuming for a couple with kids and full time jobs. Everything from financing to getting city/Xcel/HOA approvals went smoothly with little effort from us. And when we had questions or checked on status, we always received a quick and reasonable response.

  We worked with Griffin M. and Apex to install a new solar system on our house. Everything worked out great, the process was smooth and Griffin was very helpful in explaining and coordinating everything. Super nice guy and good customer service from both him and Apex. Our panels have been up for a little over a month and we are producing right in-line with our production estimates. We're happy with the panels and happy with Apex.

  Sadly it has to be said that customer service is a rarity these days. However, my Wife and I have had the recent pleasure of working with a young man who has restored our faith.
