Its one and two star share is 6 points below the typical installer in the Commerce City area. Across Colorado, 122 of the 216 installers whose breakdown Google has published carry a higher share than this one.

The percentages are Google’s own arithmetic over every review it holds, not a sample we assembled. Separately we hold 20 review texts for this company, quoted below. Google publishes review ages rather than dates, so every date here is approximate.

Each mark is one company we hold in the Commerce City area whose Google breakdown has been read, placed by its share of one and two star reviews. Lunex Power is the red one. The amber line is the middle of that set, which includes suppliers and maintenance businesses as well as installers.

What reviewers said

The panels I got through Lunex are a great value - no other company offered a better ratio of kilowatts to dollars. However, their service is, quite frankly, not good. Practically every step of the installation and inspection process involved delays or fails to communicate. In more than one instance, equipment was left at my house with no advance notice, no discussion of whether it would interfere with my day to day life, and no response from Lunex when I brought up the issue. Some appointments were missed entirely, and at other points Lunex employees were showing up at my house with no prior

Will Garcia was great and informative. Lunex Power made the whole process simple and stress free.

  • 5★ · around October 2025

Lunex power has great customer support and their installers were knowledgeable and pleasant to work with.

If you want your solar done the right way without cutting corners to make a buck Lunex is who you need to talk to. 10/10

What the company says about itself

Taken from its own website. We have not checked any of it, and a sentence on a website is not evidence.

  • Warranty

“work with a lifetime workmanship warranty. Your equipment carries separate…”

  • 24/7 availability

“completion. Ongoing Support: 24/7 monitoring, maintenance plans, and…”

  • Established

“Impact at a Glance Projects completed since 2020 Happy customers who trusted us…”

Its website also mentions financing, free estimate and licensed, but not in a sentence we can quote cleanly.

Elsewhere

  • It is also reviewed on ConsumerAffairs. Worth reading before you sign anything: those are a different crowd, and the complaints that reach the Better Business Bureau rarely reach Google.
  • It posts on LinkedIn, Instagram and Facebook. A page that stopped posting years ago tells you something a listing will not.

Ordered by how much we can tell you about each, which is not an order of quality. We do not know which of these is better and would not say if we did.

What we don't know

  • The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
  • We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
  • We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.
