  I'm willing to make edits of this later to improve it. For now, here are my concerns: - Each attempt to contact people at Ecology has been a process of multiple emails sent, contact forms submitted, calls made, messages left, and all to be essentially ignored for days or more - Ecology makes me pay for everything up front. In the inspection, I had to pay before they would schedule. I left a message that I had finished paying only to find out I had been essentially forgotten.   I cannot comment on the skills of Solar Ecology's installation or the environmental implications of their work vs others. I am beyond disappointed that the price quoted to me was $3650 lower than what I paid, approximately. I paid approximately $14,000, was quoted approximately $10,500. There are a list of other $-related issues of which I was not aware but much less important: For example, I'm embarrassed to admit that I didn't realize that my Xcel bill includes gas AND electric, and solar only takes care of electric.   Charlie followed up, and explained the tough conditions they were in. Product remains good, willing to give them another shot. "Extremely unresponsive after they sell you a system. Cannot get anyone to call within 24 hours. Support phone number is an answering machine. Good product but terrible support."

  Charlie helped repair my solar array, which was installed several years ago by a company that is no longer in business. He did a ton of research on his own to troubleshoot and help me out. He is great to work with and I will be trusting him to oversee my system from now on.

  For reasons outside of Ecology Solar's control, I did not ultimately move forward with my solar install, but I want to acknowledge Charlie's professionalism, diligence, and helpfulness as I worked through various options and considerations for solar at my home. I wouldn't hesitate to use Ecology in the future.

  Great experience getting this set up on my initial order as well as expanding the number of solar panels I have. Customer service is always superior and knowledgeable to answer any questions about the system.
