    I have been trying to contact them for a broken solar panel and they never anwser phone calls or emails. Mind you I had the system installed in 2024 and the panel looks like it burst from the inside All the crack are inside and none are on the outer glass

    WHY IS IT SO HARD TO GET A HOLD OF A CUSTOMER SERVICE?!?!? I need to change my phone number, but the freakn AI Just telling me I need to call from the number on the account and I no longer can’t! This is so frustrating. I have questions about my solar panels.!!!!!

    I CALLED ABOUT A PROBLEM WITH THE ELECTRICAL WORKI G ON THE METER BOX. YOURREPRESENTATIVE REFUSED TO LET ME TALK WITH A SUPER ISOR. THEY FURTHER STATED THE PROBLEM WAS NOT NOT TBEIRZ A CIRDING TO THEIR FINDINGS E E. THOUGH PICTURES ARE ON FILE. I ALSO INFORMED THE. THAT THE ELECTRIC COMPANY IN MY AREA POINTED OUT THE PROBLEM.

    The AI receptionist worked perfectly, then waited almost an hour and talked to an understandable knowledgeable person named Launie. I found out that yesterday a visit had been scheduled, although communication I received from Freedom Forever showed a regular update with no specifics to know a visit had been scheduled to finalized the process of getting our meter hooked up. Even though we could apply the labels provided and get it done without an 8 hour round trip provided by Freedom Forever to do what homeowner could do. Now, we wait another 2 weeks to get our PTO solar running.
