Its one and two star share is 30 points above the typical installer in Colorado. Across Colorado, 15 of the 216 installers whose breakdown Google has published carry a higher share than this one.

The percentages are Google’s own arithmetic over every review it holds, not a sample we assembled. Separately we hold 9 review texts for this company, quoted below. Google publishes review ages rather than dates, so every date here is approximate.

Quick to take your money, slow and non-communicative on everything else. I signed a contract with Rise in September 2025 because I was told they could get my system operational before the end of the year for the tax credit purposes. When it came to installation I was told very little information but they would be out the week of November 3rd. Every day that week I was told they would be out and they did not come out until Friday, November 7. I was told they would return in a few weeks to make the system operational. I received absolutely no communication and the only person I could get to resp

My roof has been destroyed by their incompetence. The incident occurred over one month ago and I have had zero communication with company. Mistakes happen I understand but not owning up to them is a problem.

Door to door salesman rang my bell with a no soliciting sign. Get lost.

RISE was such a pleasure to work with. My agent (Tony) helped me understand the benefits of solar and if it was right for me. Not pushy at all. The education part was what did it most for me. I asked about a million questions and my agent helped answer all without me feeling like a bother. Very professional, yet friendly. Not only was my proposed panel layout made esthetically pleasing for my home, I had my site survey and my installation in fairly quickly and am so happy with the project. A great experience overall and highly recommend this company!

So far, the process has gone well with good communication and a smooth install. Still need to have the inspection done and be given PTO, but seems like there should be no issues. Hopefully the system will produce for many years without complications.

Topics Google derives from the review text, with how often each appears. A frequent topic is not a good one: “price” turns up in praise and in complaints alike.

What the company says about itself

Taken from its own website. We have not checked any of it, and a sentence on a website is not evidence.

  • Years in business

“We had to do it ourselves. With over 20 years combined experience in the solar…”

Elsewhere

  • It is also reviewed on the Better Business Bureau. Worth reading before you sign anything: those are a different crowd, and the complaints that reach the Better Business Bureau rarely reach Google.

Ordered by how much we can tell you about each, which is not an order of quality. We do not know which of these is better and would not say if we did.

What we don't know

  • The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
  • We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
  • We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.
