Remove and Replace Solar

Each mark is one company we hold in the Denver area whose Google breakdown has been read, placed by its share of one and two star reviews. Remove and Replace Solar is the red one. The amber line is the middle of that set, which includes suppliers and maintenance businesses as well as installers.

BEWARE - Remove and Replace Solar was unable to make the deadlines they promised, pass the county inspection, repeatedly misled us on the completion of their work, failed to honor the signed contract and refused to refund our money. After six months, decided to terminate the relationship. Better to work with vendors who are professional and honor their commitments.

DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY. ***Response*** Unfortunately I have too much to say in what a google review will allow in character space. The short of it is, your response is invalid and was not reflective of the actual issues of the system. There were no inverter problems - not even a 2 1/2 year old inverter at the date of removal - and it was actually a problem related to some of the solar panel optimizer (which did not have issues prior to removal). Each successive visit and attempt by your company caused the system to progressively function worse. Luckily my original installer was able to make

Lots of delays and confusion on getting the estimate and getting the job completed. Spent time talking to the previous field manager John who helped expedite the completion of the job.

Remove and Replace solar has been a great company to work with. We use them for all of our reroofs with solar systems. They are very professional and easy to work with. Highly recommend their services.

First part the removal went very smoothly and I am very pleased with the men that did the job. All my communication with Mark, an owner, were pleasant and productive. Second part, Replace the panels and hook up, scheduled Monday morning 2 days from now. Second part done well and on time and budget. I recommend these folks highly. Phil

Our solar systems had to be removed and replaced for a roofing job. We live in Grand Junction. Just after "Remove and Replace Solar" completed their work, we replaced our old on demand water heater. Our long-time plumber noted "I've seen solar hot water systems all over the valley, and this is the first one I've seen that works as it is supposed to." We had already noted that the system was working better than it had before removal. It was clear that the onsite workers wanted us to be satisfied.

Topics Google derives from the review text, with how often each appears. A frequent topic is not a good one: “price” turns up in praise and in complaints alike.

Taken from its own website. We have not checked any of it, and a sentence on a website is not evidence.

• Financing

“methods are more secure, and financing options are more flexible than they were in…”

• Free estimate

“Contact RR Solar today for your free consultation! (720) 710-1995 Extended 10-Year…”

• Family owned

“and Texas. As a locally owned and family operated company, we understand the unique…”

Its website also mentions warranty and years in business, but not in a sentence we can quote cleanly.

• It posts on LinkedIn, Instagram and Facebook. A page that stopped posting years ago tells you something a listing will not.

Google’s own “people also viewed” set, in Google’s order. It is Google’s comparison, not ours.

Ordered by how much we can tell you about each, which is not an order of quality. We do not know which of these is better and would not say if we did.

• —The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
• —We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
• —We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.
