Showed up for my long awaited appointment and no one was there. Doors were locked. After a while some people showed up and just went inside. Note im sitting in front with a huge camper with the truck running. So I go inside and no one is at the desk. After a few minutes someone asks if I needed help. Told them I did and what I was there for. They had no idea what was going on. I asked for Roland the sales person I talked with they said he was not there and did not know how to reach him. They went inside and never came back. After an hour of waiting there I just left.

We have been using them for 3 years, unfortunately. We had the Vroom system installed in 2023. Every 4-6 months we have been back there to have a broken slide fixed. Always a different problem. The last time was the worst. Completely misdiagnosed the problem. I now have a great shop that has some great workers - and it sure isn't these guys.

Extremely disappointed with the service I did not receive from Roland Shepard owner of Patriots RV Services. I would give 0 stars if possible. I got a quote to do my RV roof of $9200, but I have an insurance claim. I needed my RV completed before Christmas he said the week of December 9th would be my date to complete the work, but he asked if I would bring my RV in early to get started earlier if possible. I dropped it off November 11th. I was going to have them replace my solar system and do the top of my slides also. I found out that insurance was giving him more than he quoted. I asked if h

My RV air conditioners both went out within a month of each other. I found Patriots RV technicians. They came out the next day and evaluated each one and replaced both of them. They were awesome and very knowledgeable and so very nice. All of them are Veterans. I’m so pleased that I picked them. I told them I was surprised how quickly they came. Brian said that he sure didn’t want to be without AC in this heat and figured that I would not either. Overall it was a very good experience with this company and the price was not as bad as I thought it was going to be.

Topics Google derives from the review text, with how often each appears. A frequent topic is not a good one: “price” turns up in praise and in complaints alike.

Taken from its own website. We have not checked any of it, and a sentence on a website is not evidence.

Its website also mentions veteran owned, but not in a sentence we can quote cleanly.

• It posts on YouTube, Instagram and Facebook. A page that stopped posting years ago tells you something a listing will not.

Google’s own “people also viewed” set, in Google’s order. It is Google’s comparison, not ours.

The ones without a link have no page here, either because Google does not categorise them as solar businesses or because we could not match the name to a listing with confidence.

Ordered by how much we can tell you about each, which is not an order of quality. We do not know which of these is better and would not say if we did.

• —The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
• —We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
• —We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.
