    Went to a dinner for their presentation and ended up getting the probiotic air system and the ceiling vents sealed. Someone was supposed to come and fill the probiotic machine....... numerous calls to them with no response. Still waiting for them to return a call and show up like they said they would.

    Since my initial review,I have been cointacted by tis company, wit the assurance and PROMISE they would come back to my house and 'try' to find what the difficulty wityh their system is. Today is June 18, 2025, SO FAR, NO ONE HAS COME OUT OR CALLED TO FOLLOW UP ON THEIR WORK/PRODUCT. I expected more from a company that says they care about their customers and their product. I am totally disappointed with SYNERGY HOME and their work/product/lack of follow up! I cannot recommend these people! We went to a restaurant 'demo' of their 'attic insulation, solar fan, air filter' system. We thought tha

    Don't do it. Haven't noticed even a little bit of a difference in our power bill, plus we were told it was a great tax write off and it didn't help a damn thing. Just don't.

    Dylan & Kyle were very experienced installers and professional. Our attic is a showplace. We increased the size of house by 40% and our electrical bills are equal to or less per sq ft than before. We are very pleased with this purchase.

    Excellent customer service. The two gentlemen that did my installation was very knowledgeable and respectful.

    Alvin, Kyle H, Kyle S came this morning to finish my job. They were on time, professional, friendly, answered all my questions and left my home spotless. Jay and Joe started the job. They were delayed by traffic, but also were professional, friendly and answered all my questions. I would highly recommend Synergy, salesperson and the installers.
