Its one and two star share is 71 points above the typical installer in West Virginia. Across West Virginia, 0 of the 10 installers whose breakdown Google has published carry a higher share than this one.

The percentages are Google’s own arithmetic over every review it holds, not a sample we assembled. Separately we hold 5 review texts for this company, quoted below. Google publishes review ages rather than dates, so every date here is approximate.

I've had my system almost a year and a half and keep having nothing but problems. We have been waiting for the meter for months still haven't gotten it. They have canceled 5 or 6 appointments, not had parts and now they are telling me that generac is going to have to come and fix the problems I'm having I didn't buy from generac. I wouldn't let my worst enemy use this company. I haven't missed a payment. This is byfar the worst company I have ever dealt with, they don't care what happens to the customer as long as the owner get his money. The whole thing is just a wast of time and money. Don't

Don’t deal with this company. The owner jason waller is a scammer. Look at all the one star reviews. Get another company or you’ll regret your error.

Don’t buy from these frauds. We bought our system from them way to many promises that they didn’t keep. The saying is to good to be true, that is definitely the case with these guys.

Hands down the Most Innovative Solar Company in The Business!! Yes it true, the are the Largest Installer of Residential Solar Systems in the Eastern USA, but the fact that they only have W-2 Pink Energy Employess that are located locally performing Every Step from Consulation to Install, means that you are only a local phone call or a quick trip to their office away from that Hometown Feel that sets Pink Energy Above The Rest!!!

Elsewhere

  • It is also reviewed on Yelp. Worth reading before you sign anything: those are a different crowd, and the complaints that reach the Better Business Bureau rarely reach Google.

Ordered by how much we can tell you about each, which is not an order of quality. We do not know which of these is better and would not say if we did.

What we don't know

  • The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
  • We found nothing on a website for this company that states a warranty, a licence or how long it has traded.
  • We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
  • We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.
