Its one and two star share is level with the typical installer in Plymouth. Across Massachusetts, 107 of the 198 installers whose breakdown Google has published carry a higher share than this one.

The percentages are Google’s own arithmetic over every review it holds, not a sample we assembled. Separately we hold 4 review texts for this company, quoted below. Google publishes review ages rather than dates, so every date here is approximate.

Each mark is one company we hold in Plymouth whose Google breakdown has been read, placed by its share of one and two star reviews. Plymouth Solar Energy is the red one. The amber line is the middle of that set, which includes suppliers and maintenance businesses as well as installers.

I was solar curious. Plymouth Solar Energy walked me through the options and process. From initial consultation to installation, PSE was responsive and helpful. And, although I know that all solar panels and electronics need service and adjustment, I know they will tackle that as well as needed.

I needed to have my inverter replaced. The company I purchased them from went out of business. Called Plymouth Solar and they were fantastic from start to finish. Kept me informed every step of the way. Knowledgeable and friendly staff! Highly recommend!!

What an amazing company: turnkey operation, w/competent, personable professionals (including their subs) that make doing the right thing (installing solar) a down right pleasure! They are one of the best businesses I’ve ever dealt with, thanks to their expertise, honesty & strong work ethic. They love what they do & it translates into a job well done. Fred, Andy & Greg, if it were possible, I’d give you ten stars!

Who Google shows alongside them

Google’s own “people also viewed” set, in Google’s order. It is Google’s comparison, not ours.

The ones without a link have no page here, either because Google does not categorise them as solar businesses or because we could not match the name to a listing with confidence.

Ordered by how much we can tell you about each, which is not an order of quality. We do not know which of these is better and would not say if we did.

What we don't know

  • The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
  • We found nothing on a website for this company that states a warranty, a licence or how long it has traded.
  • We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
  • We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.
