  This company is unbelievably incompetent. YOU offered me a credit for YOUR mistake and made it very clear that once I signed, it could not be changed. Now that you’ve realized you messed up the amount, you want to backtrack and send a new agreement? Absolutely not. This was your mistake, not mine, and I will NOT be signing anything new. I wish I could leave multiple bad reviews because this company is awful! Team Leader Gabby is an inept employee I swear! How is it that I’ve been managing this account by myself for my husband and me from day one, and I’ve been the ONLY person you’ve dealt with

  Poor customer support. They keep repeating the same thing when u make requests then say that wasn't what they said. The rep used my 6 months promotion that was initially promoted and said that was lowering my payments as soon as that was up they went back to the original payment plan not taking my claim into account and saying that I am lying everytime I repeat what they said. Really bad for home owners still haven't seen the savings yet. You have to pay the difference in solar installation and equipment. Hence no savings

  So it did take a long time to get this going and there are a lot of moving parts to the process, so patience is key as everyone has the same goal - to get the solar system up and running! By the time the solar panels were installed there was a 5 month waiting period for PECO to install a new meter and then a few week wait for PosiGen to come out to activate. System is now active at my place! Hopefully, things will go faster for other folks as this solar program takes off in Philly.
