  Before the old manager left I would have rated the company well. Since that person left the company seems to be unraveling. I have had issues with my system since it was installed for $16,00.00 .The company has ignored me for the past six weeks and has never fixed the bugs in my system. The fact that they warrant their installation for 10 years is a joke. I would NOW recommend a person go anywhere but there for solar needs. They have become a giant disappointment.

  Under rated my system, was sussposed to get cheap power bill. Still runs over $70 in winter with lights, pellet stove and wood heat. Rated at 5.5Kw but without extra panels does not even come close. Wanted $2K to add 4 more 304 watt panels to up the rating that should been done in the original estimate! Paying $200 a month just to pay system off early! They don't tell you system will not work if there is a power outage. Unless you want to pay $$$ for battery back up. Should of bought a generator.

  Solar is doing what it is supposed todo but the sales and management are all liars if you finally stop in thoe office the owner yells at you and tells you to go get your daddy when they knew my dad died a few months before. Go to anybody else but them and I bet you will get better service and customer relations. Hope you go out of business soon.

  Positive Solar HVAC – Alex After years of dealing with ongoing HVAC issues, Alex with Positive Solar finally diagnosed and fixed the problem that another company failed to identify over the course of 9 service visits. In 2021, we paid $6,290 for a brand-new 5-ton HVAC system after our 20-year-old unit died. From the beginning, the new system struggled. Every summer, the unit would freeze up, run constantly, and have trouble cooling the house properly. We repeatedly had to shut the system off and let it thaw just to get it working again.   As always I had a great service call from Positive Solar. Alex the tech that came out to my place in the back country to do some adjustments on my 20 year old Trace Invertor/Charger. And low and behold between Alex and Head Technician Skyler they were able to fix my problem and let me continue on my way. Thank you again Alex and Skyler for your great work. Will call you again if need a problem resolved. 👽👽
