Its one and two star share is 3 points above the typical installer in the Quartzsite area. Across Arizona, 117 of the 269 installers whose breakdown Google has published carry a higher share than this one.

The percentages are Google’s own arithmetic over every review it holds, not a sample we assembled. Separately we hold 81 review texts for this company, quoted below. Google publishes review ages rather than dates, so every date here is approximate.

Each mark is one company we hold in the Quartzsite area whose Google breakdown has been read, placed by its share of one and two star reviews. White Mountains Solar is the red one. The amber line is the middle of that set, which includes suppliers and maintenance businesses as well as installers.

Buyer beware! Look out for their cancellation policy. Due to unforeseen circumstances we had to cancel our order the following week after putting a $12k deposit down. He charged 20% of the total for restocking fee.$5500 for restocking! The system wasn’t even ready or programmed yet. Further more Brian was hard to reach sometimes taking days to return phone call if you were lucky enough to get a response even before we ordered our system.

They sold me a system that I could NOT recharge with my generator if all the power ran out as promised before they sold me the system. I waited a year before assembling my system. Delaney had to come out and do an “update” which she also called it a “factory reset”…. just imagine if I had moved out of state = screwed. She immediately realized my Inverter was malfunctioning and was going to see if she could get it replaced because I was just a couple of weeks shy of my year’s warranty. I waited a month and a half with no response as to what was happening before she got back with me requesting I

I am writing this review about my experience yesterday. Myself and my aunty went in just to simply ask what cords were needed for battery supply, and was met with the rudest person i have had to deal with in a while. He told us he needed to be payed to just look at it for no more than maybe 5 minutes, im not an expert and thats what it took myself. He then proceeded to tell us not his problem and he does not work for free. My point is do not go here to ask for anything because he will not even answer your question without money, horrible customer service.

Built a solar setup for my skooly. Have been using solar for years, thought I knew it all. Learned so much from White Mountains Solar. I am very pleased with the new system I have now. Folks were very professional and extremely knowledgeable. Top of the line products and very reasonable prices. Customer service is amazing, don't get that very often these days. Explained thoroughly all my questions and concerns. I am confident I received a great and efficient system. I recommend this business very highly. At a later date. Tried to purchase more lithium ion batteries but got the run around, was

I purchased my solar system from White Mountain solar back in 2021. I had no previous experience with solar power in order that I have much knowledge. It's coming up on 5 years since my system was purchased and installed and I have been extremely happy with The system and it's provided me ample power and the components of work flawlessly. Also, the 20 solar panels I purchased were installed with heavy piping that one and cinder blocks and they have held very strong in an area of with the strongest winds you will find in the WM area. I would recommend White Mountain solar to anybody looking to

I was a newbie to solar and moving to a place with no power or water. I stopped at White Mountain Solar for help. I have now bought 3 different solar controllers each for different systems. When I had trouble installing the second they walked me through my problems. I live over 3 hours away. So a store visit is a big deal. I ordered some supplies and was 3 months befire I could get there. Parts were there waiting and they acted like there was no problem in holding them for me for so long. That and the owner remembered me. Super friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommend them. I will be back

What the company says about itself

Taken from its own website. We have not checked any of it, and a sentence on a website is not evidence.

  • Financing

“installation, we handle everything. Financing options: Find the perfect solution for your…”
  • Free estimate

“– you name it, we have it. Free quote & expert guidance included.”

Its website also mentions established and licensed, but not in a sentence we can quote cleanly.

Elsewhere

  • It is also reviewed on the Better Business Bureau and Yelp. Worth reading before you sign anything: those are a different crowd, and the complaints that reach the Better Business Bureau rarely reach Google.
  • It posts on YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, X and Facebook. A page that stopped posting years ago tells you something a listing will not.

Who Google shows alongside them

Google’s own “people also viewed” set, in Google’s order. It is Google’s comparison, not ours.

The ones without a link have no page here, either because Google does not categorise them as solar businesses or because we could not match the name to a listing with confidence.

What we don't know

  • The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
  • We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
  • We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.

Something wrong here? Tell us and a person will read it.
