Its one and two star share is 9 points above the typical installer in Quartzsite. Across Arizona, 68 of the 269 installers whose breakdown Google has published carry a higher share than this one.

The percentages are Google’s own arithmetic over every review it holds, not a sample we assembled. Separately we hold 141 review texts for this company, quoted below. Google publishes review ages rather than dates, so every date here is approximate.

Seemed friendly at first but my install had a slew of problems and no fair resolution was offered. Even looking through past reviews where people had problems you can see by the owner's replies that there is no solutions offered, just defensiveness. Beware of this place!!!

I BEEN VISIT THIS PLACE 3 YRS. IT WASN T TILL LAST YEAR THAT I REALIZED THERE WAS NO SINCERITY BEHIND THE FRIENDLY ACCOMODATING EXPRESSIONS. I HAVE LIMITED MOBILITY. I HAVE A 2 BATTERY SET UP IN PARELLEL. I INCORECTLY ATTACHED A INVERTOR TO THE BATTERY. I NOTICED SOMETHING WAS WRONG BUT DID NOT CONNECT THE DOTS. GUS TOLD ME MY MISTAKE, I SHOULD VE PUT THE NEGATIVE ON ONE BATTEERY AND THE POSITIVE ON ANOTHER I DID NOT. I ASKED IF I HAD EXPOSED MYSELF TO A FIRE HAZARD HE SAID NO. THEN ASKED IF HE COULD HAVE THE BATTERY. I WENT TO ANOTHER SOLAR PLACE AND THEY TOLD ME AS HOT AS THE ONE BATTERY GOT

My charge controller went out, so I went to Solar Bill's to get another one, He said he had a Rich solar bravo 20 amp controller on sale for 79.95, I purchased the unit as I had trusted them. I went online and saw the same exact controller thru Rich Solar for 34.95 I feel I was ripped off by the salesman and will never be back to them again. LET THE BUYER BEWARE.

Just had a solar / lithium upgrade done to our van at Solar Bill's. Everything went great from getting the estimate, setting up the install appointment and the actual install itself. Couldn't be happier! Everyone there from Gus to all the staff were great. All aspects of the process was explained and all went according to plan. They even saved us about $400 from the original estimate! Would definitely recommend Solar Bills for all your Solar needs. Thank you Solar Bills!

I was stressed, to the max, when I walked into Solar Bill's last week. Had an install done by another person and was having major problems. Solar Bill's owners and staff was so kind and immediately checked over the rig to track down the faulty wiring. They worked me in the same day, stayed past closing hours and rewired the solar for me.. Now it works like it should have. I highly recommend them and cannot express how grateful I am for them helping me. Thank you all.

What the company says about itself

Taken from its own website. We have not checked any of it, and a sentence on a website is not evidence.

Ordered by how much we can tell you about each, which is not an order of quality. We do not know which of these is better and would not say if we did.

What we don't know

  • The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
  • We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
  • We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.
