Its one and two star share is 1 point below the typical installer in California. Across California, 788 of the 1,529 installers whose breakdown Google has published carry a higher share than this one.

The percentages are Google’s own arithmetic over every review it holds, not a sample we assembled. Separately we hold 9 review texts for this company, quoted below. Google publishes review ages rather than dates, so every date here is approximate.

Zack and Power Of One Solar were fantastic! More specifically, I was very leery and skeptical after talking to several solar companies. When I spoke to Zack, all of my concerns were eased and everything was explained with clarity. I would recommend him to all my friends and family! Getting return calls and questions answer with clarity seems rare these days, but with you guys that was not an issue. Thank you, Zack and Power Of One Solar for your excellent customer service and professionalism.

I really appreciate Zack taking the time to answer all my questions and no pressure sales approach to Solar. I have recommended Zack and Power of One Solar to friends, family and coworkers. All of them have been very pleased with the work completed as well as the excellent customer service. If you are looking for a solar solution for your home I would highly encourage you to contact Zack. I will continue to recommend him.

What the company says about itself

Taken from its own website. We have not checked any of it, and a sentence on a website is not evidence.

Its website also mentions 24/7 availability, but not in a sentence we can quote cleanly.

    Elsewhere

    • It is also reviewed on Yelp. Worth reading before you sign anything: those are a different crowd, and the complaints that reach the Better Business Bureau rarely reach Google.

Ordered by how much we can tell you about each, which is not an order of quality. We do not know which of these is better and would not say if we did.

    What we don't know

    • The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
    • We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
    • We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.
